For many years, Messe Planning has developed high-level relationships with show organizers and trade associations. We also work closely with Korean government departments including the Ministries and its subsidiary organizations such as KOTRA, KITA, Technoparks, SME supporting organizations and provincial governments subsidizing companies for overseas trade mission. Knowing how these bodies work and having a deep understanding of their priorities ideally places us to work with businesses, especially government supported organizations, who are looking for an event and exhibition management company. We are highly experienced in creating on such activities on a global level.

The diagram below shows how CRM System works to recruit exhibitors for the tradeshows we represent. Over 560,000 database has been gathered through multiple data sources and stored in a centalized location. To maximize the efficiency, the database is uploaded to CRM after cleansing and eleminating duplicate data. We maintain and analyze (along with the sales team) a strategic target marketing database with defined industry segments categorized by industry code, size of company, key contact position, etc. Based on the targeted database, the sales team generates leads, target top customers, manage marketing campaigns and drive sales through several campaign channels linked with CRM System.

크기변환_CRM Integrated Contact Center

The CRM is integrated with contact center. Targeted potentials are assigned to the telemarketers. Organized and managed outbound calling campaigns are carried out for leads generation. The maximum number of calls the contact center can take each day is 300.
